WWOZ Festing in Place Schedule is Filling In

Mighty WWOZ from New Orleans will broadcast Festing in Place from Thursday, September 29, through Sunday, October 2, and the schedule is filling up. There are shows on the schedule as far back as 1991 (The Neville Brothers) and as recently as this spring. Featured will be sets from Jazz Fest, Newport Jazz Fest, Basin Street Station, French Quartet Fest, Cajun-Zydeco Festival, and more. 

Kermit Ruffins, McCoy Tyner, The Meters, Roy Hargrove, Lizz Wright, Dave Brubeck, Bettye Lavette, Walter Wolfman Washington, Johnny Adams, the subdudes, The Radiators, and lots more are already scheduled!
